How I work
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, grounded space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. I combine clinical expertise with a deeply human, whole-person lens, ensuring that our work together feels collaborative, respectful, and effectively tailored to your unique nervous system and life story.
We move beyond just talking about problems to understanding the underlying patterns of your mind and body. This integrative methodology allows us to address the root causes of distress while equipping you with practical tools to navigate your daily life with more clarity and alignment.
Ultimately, this is a practice of remembering who you are. By clearing limiting beliefs and regulating your internal state, we create the capacity for you to live a life that feels authentic, grounded, and fully yours.
Holistic
Deeply considering the connection between the mind, body, emotions, values and nervous system.
Trauma-informed
Working gently with the nervous system to create safety, stability and understanding of past responses.
Neuroaffirming
Validating and supporting different ways of processing the world, with a focus on strengths and regulation.
Practical & Reflective
Balanced support that combines deep inner exploration with concrete tools for real-life change.
What I believe
I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for healing and that given the right conditions, we naturally move toward wholeness.
I believe that safety is the foundation of change; when the nervous system feels safe, the mind can begin to open and transform.
I believe that our survival strategies served a purpose, and we can honor them while gently learning new ways to thrive.
I believe in the power of the present moment as the only place where true choice and meaningful alignment can happen.
A more personal note
When I am not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me navigating the same human experiences I support my clients through: seeking balance, practicing presence, and finding moments of quiet in a busy world. I am a firm believer that we are all works in progress, and that true change happens when we stop trying to 'fix' ourselves and start learning how to be with ourselves.
My own practice involves regular time in nature, deep breaths by the ocean, and a commitment to my own ongoing personal and professional growth. This resonance with the work I do is what allows me to show up with genuine empathy and transparency.
I live and work on Gadigal and Bidjigal land (Sydney), and I am deeply grateful for the natural beauty that surrounds us here. My clinical practice is inspired by the cycles of growth, rest, and renewal we see in the natural world, reminding us that healing is not linear, but a necessary part of a whole life.
Begin with one moment.
Change does not have to happen all at once. It begins with one honest moment of awareness, one grounded breath, one aligned choice, one step towards yourself.
