I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and psychotherapist, with a Master of Social Work and a Master of Art Psychotherapy.
I've worked across hospital, community mental health and private practice. Alongside A Moments Practice, I also work clinically in a Sydney psychology practice. Over the years I've supported adults, children and families through anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence and big life changes. I also teach counselling and social work at university, and was featured on the ABC's Keeping Australia Safe.
When the conditions are right, we move naturally toward wholeness.
When the nervous system feels safe, change becomes possible.
We can honour them while learning new ways to live.
I'm a mum of three. I find my reset in nature and by the ocean, and I practise what I teach, breath included.
I'm down to earth, and I'm human too. I make mistakes, pick myself back up and try again, like all of us. That lived experience shapes how I sit with people: with understanding, never judgement.
I'm passionate about people, wellbeing and this work. I've seen it change lives, which is why I care about accountability, about doing the work together, and about going beneath the surface to where real awareness and acceptance begin.
I live and work on the lands of the Dharug (Darug) and GuriNgai (Ku-ring-gai) peoples, and pay my respects to Elders past and present.
