Alongside A Moments Practice, I also work clinically in a Sydney psychology practice, so I keep a small private caseload and every client has my full attention.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes need to change. When you book, your session time is set aside just for you. With short notice it's rarely possible to offer that time to someone else who is waiting, so I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed session: the full session fee.

Medicare rebates can't be claimed for cancellation fees. Thank you for respecting the time we've reserved together. It helps me keep offering consistent, caring support to everyone I work with.

Common questions

Good to know.

Should I choose therapy or coaching?

Choose therapy if you're struggling right now, for example with anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief or the effects of trauma. Therapy helps you understand where patterns come from and heal them, and Medicare rebates are available.

Choose coaching if you're generally feeling steady but stuck, unclear or ready to grow. Coaching is future-focused: we set goals, work through what's in the way and agree on practical next steps, with accountability between sessions. It isn't covered by Medicare.

Not sure? Book the free 15-minute call and we'll work out the best fit together.

What does holistic mean?

Holistic means working with the whole of you. Rather than treating a symptom on its own, we look at how your thoughts, emotions, body, nervous system, relationships and values all connect, and work with each of them together. It's still grounded in evidence-based therapy. Holistic simply means nothing about you is left out.

How do I get a Mental Health Treatment Plan?

Book a longer appointment with your GP and ask for a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a referral to me. Bring the referral to your first session so you can claim your Medicare rebate.

How does telehealth work?

Sessions run over a secure video link. You'll need a private space and a stable internet connection. Read what to expect in your first session.

Do you see children?

Not yet. When the Pennant Hills room reopens in February 2027, I'll see children and families in person. Join the waitlist below to hear first.
